Through its communication, Capinordic wants to provide a correct view of the results and activities of the Group and to ensure acceptance and understanding of the Group’s actions.

Objectives

Capinordic communicates to provide transparency and openness about matters of importance to the Group’s stakeholders.

Essential limits in the Group’s communication are legislation and competition.

Tools

Constructive interaction with the press, including rapid replies from corporate spokespersons to inquiries from the press.

Information material, including websites, advertisements and brochures, is prepared to inform Group stakeholders about relevant activities.

Centralised knowledge sharing in the Group at management reporting level and other general Group information. Internal information activities in the Group’s subsidiaries ensure that Group staff is informed about the activities and strategy of both the Group and the relevant subsidiaries on a continuous basis.
