Peter Steen Christensen
Member of the Board of Directors since 21 April 2010.
Mr. Christensen has a comprehensive background as a state-authorised public accountant and has great experience in economics, accounting and auditing. Mr Christensen is the auditor, chief executive and owner of Peter Steen Christensen ApS. He is also a member of the board of directors and the chief executive of several companies under Peter Steen Christensen ApS.
In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of Capinordic A/S, Mr Christensen will also be a member of the audit committee.

Peter Reedtz
Peter Reedtz, member of the Board of Directors since 8 July 2010.
Peter Reedtz is the CEO of ‘Asset Allocation Instituttet’, which provides impartial research and consulting services within asset management.
He has more than 20 years of managerial experience from the financial industry, focusing on investment and asset management. He has been employed as a securities manager, investment manager and bank chief executive in various Danish banks. Most recently as a chief executive of Alm. Brand Bank in charge of markets, asset management etc.
