The Board of Directors and Executive Boards of Capinordic A/S have reviewed the Nørby Committee’s report on corporate governance from 2001 and the revised recommendations from 2003 and have found the report useful as a basis for the day-to-day management of Capinordic A/S.

Corporate governance and developments in this field will therefore be actively implemented, provided that they do not have a negative impact on the development of the company and that they are adapted to the company on an ongoing basis. Capinordic A/S thus does not yet meet all corporate governance requirements.
